New door for the coal shed

Recreating a small, exterior door for a coal shed. The client wanted it to last longer than the original. I made it in a new engineered wood called Accoya, which has very high-resilience to weathering and suits joinery work very well. The frame of the door was jointed with proper mortice and tenons and the outer sheathing was done with tongue & grooved Accoya, which I made for the job. Once painted, the door will last many, many years with no visible deterioration.
